Social Media Requirements

To be considered as a vendor for this market, you must follow us on our social media platforms:
• Instagram: @Oceans_Mall
• Facebook: Oceans Mall
• TikTok: @Oceans_Mall

It is mandatory to post our event advert to your social media platforms - at least once.

Additionally, when posting any content related to the market on your social media pages, you agree to tag us & to use the following hashtags to help promote the event:

• #EasteratOceans
• #OceansMall

Market Fees & Payment

Vendor Fee: The vendor fee for the event is R1,500.00 (ex VAT) for the day. An R100 (ex VAT) will be required if electricity is required. Payment details will be provided upon acceptance of your application. Fee payment is required to secure your spot.

Important Terms & Conditions

All vendors must adhere to the setup time, event hours, and stall management requirements.

• Oceans Mall reserves all rights to decline any applications, including those pertaining to the above criteria.
• The vendor fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Oceans Mall.
• Vendors are responsible for their own products, equipment, and insurance.
• Vendors agree to being filmed and included in videos & photography being shot on the day, which will be published on the Oceans Mall social media pages.
